Stewart called the Regular Meeting of the Common Council to order onWednesday the 11th day of January 2006 at 7:53 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers City Hall.Fourteen members were present at roll call: Ald. Trueworthy Black Cruz Collins BonolaCatanzaro Carroll Hermanowski Platosz Wyskiewicz Salvio Gostin Bernacki and BielinskiOne member was absent: Ald. Sullivan.Peter J. Denuzze City Clerk gave the invocation: O God our Heavenly Father we pray tonight foryour wisdom to guide the council members in their deliberations that their minds and hearts be open tothe discussions courageous in pursuing their convictions and tireless in working for the common good.We ask this in Thy name. AmenJill C. Kemp led the pledge to the flag.Ald. Wyskiewicz was granted a point of personal privilege and announced that computer softwarewas being used for the first time to record the Council Meeting this evening.Ald. Trueworthy moved to accept the minutes of the Special and Regular Meetings of August 102005; the Special and Regular Meetings of September 14 2005; the Regular Meetings of September 282005 October 12 2005 and October 26 2005. Motion seconded by Ald. Bielinski. So voted.Ald. Trueworthy moved to amend the agenda by adding substitutes 28916 (5) 28921 (12) and 28925(16); by moving 28915 (4) and 28923 (14) to the end of the agenda; by adding resolution 28924 (17) andby deleting item 15.
